Hi, I’m Bryan McKinney, founder of Upstate Media Team. I help real estate professionals, property owners, and businesses present their spaces clearly and professionally through high-quality photography, drone imagery, and immersive virtual tours.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity from Liberty University. My technology-driven background allows me to approach media production with precision, reliability, and a strong understanding of how visual content is delivered, viewed, and performs across digital platforms.

From residential listings and multi-unit properties to commercial buildings, construction sites, and business locations, I focus on capturing visuals that highlight space, layout, scale, and location. Hi, I’m Lea McKinney — a creator at heart, shaped by movement, rhythm, and intention. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance from Columbia College, where I learned to tell stories without words and to see creativity as both discipline and freedom. Dance taught me how to listen, adapt, and bring presence into every space I enter.

Alongside my artistic training, I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management, which gave me the tools to turn vision into action. This blend of creativity and structure allows me to lead with empathy, think strategically, and create environments where ideas and people can thrive.

I’m passionate about the intersection of art and leadership — where expression meets purpose, and where thoughtful guidance allows creativity to grow. Whether collaborating, leading, or creating, I believe in work that feels intentional, human, and inspired.
